These Terms and Conditions of Use govern your access to and utilization of FAJARDEV websites, industrial digital twin portals, real-time SCADA simulation suites, Modbus/IEC protocol tools, and cloud engineering services.
1. User's Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
FajarDev Pte. Ltd. and its licensors (“FajarDev”, “us”, or “we”) provide the FajarDev website, all associated websites of FajarDev, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and various industrial automation platforms (collectively, the “Site”) to you, the User, subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the “Terms of Use”), as well as any other written master agreement or Service Level Agreement (SLA) between us and you, including the Privacy Policy which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
2. Description of Services & Digital Twin Systems
We make various industrial engineering services and technical resources available on this Site, including:
You are solely responsible for providing all computing hardware, network connections, and industrial browser environments required to access our platforms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with or without prior notice.
3. Conduct on Site & Cyber Compliance
Your use of the Site is subject to all international cyber regulations and industrial ethics. You agree NOT to:
- Attempt unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or denial-of-service (DDoS) against our servers.
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, worm vectors, or automated scrapers that degrade SCADA simulation engines.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary mathematical models governing our digital twin algorithms.
- Impersonate any FajarDev control room operator, engineer, employee, or authorized contractor.
- Resell, sublicense, or duplicate any portion of our interactive design systems for unauthorized commercial gain.
4. Third-Party Sites and External Information
This Site may link you to other external websites or reference technical standards (e.g. IEEE, IEC, Modbus.org). These external resources are not under our direct control. FajarDev is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or cybersecurity posture of third-party platforms.
5. Links to Our Site & Framing Prohibitions
You may link to our homepage or published technical insights provided you do so fairly and without damaging our reputation. You must not frame our Site or embed our interactive SCADA simulations inside an external iframe without prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership
Copyright © 2026 FajarDev Pte. Ltd. All Rights Reserved. All code, schematics, vector SVGs, liquid glass UI designs, SCADA topologies, single-line diagrams (SLD), and diagnostic engines are the exclusive intellectual property of FajarDev and protected by international copyright laws.

“FajarDev”, the stylized F-monogram squircle logo, and all related trade dress are registered trademarks or service marks of FajarDev. All other industrial protocol names (e.g. Modbus®, IEC 61850®) are trademarks of their respective owners.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FAJARDEV OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR LOSS OF TELEMETRY DATA) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE.
11. Security and Password Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any client portal credentials, API keys, and simulation tokens. FajarDev personnel will never ask for your private encryption keys or passwords.
12. Commercial Promotions & Partner Offerings
Any correspondence or commercial engagement with third-party vendors or hardware suppliers featured on this Site is solely between you and the respective third party.
13. Electronic Communications & Diagnostic Logs
We may employ automated spam filtering and network monitoring tools to safeguard our communication infrastructure. We assume no liability for non-delivery caused by corporate firewall blocks.
14. International Use & Export Controls
This Site is operated from Singapore and global edge nodes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all local laws and international dual-use encryption export regulations.
15. Termination of Use & Access Revocation
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site immediately, without prior notice, in the event of suspected cybersecurity breaches or violations of these Terms.
16. Formal Notices & Communications
All legal notices must be delivered in writing to legal@fajardev.com or to our registered corporate address.
17. Entire Agreement & Precedence
These Terms of Use, alongside our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FajarDev regarding the Site and supersede all prior understandings.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
All matters relating to your access to or use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall first be submitted to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC).
19. Survival of Critical Clauses
Clauses relating to Intellectual Property (Clause 6), Trademarks (Clause 7), Warranty Disclaimers (Clause 9), Limitation of Liability (Clause 10), and Dispute Resolution (Clause 18) shall survive any termination of this agreement.
20. Force Majeure & Miscellaneous Terms
FajarDev shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunication cable cuts, grid outages, acts of God, or government cyber directives.
